good city center stay

great location helpful staff excellent breakfast
the location are really great. the staff was helpful. the executive room gave access to the executive lounge. i got coffee, tea and snacks all day. wine in the evening with excellent snacks were available. breakfast was also great.

Acceptable stay with some issues

uncomfortable bed chipped side table
The location was quite central.
The bed was uncomfortably hard. The side table in the room had a chip, someone had colored it in with a black pen, which looked quite unsightly. The soap dispenser ran out after only two uses and the toilet did not flush well. It required multiple presses to work partially.

The accessible shower in my room was large. I found it wonderfully convenient. the beds were comfy, and i slept GREAT, so restful. the hotel and restaurant staff were efficient, i REALLY appreciated their help.
Security needs improvement i felt. checked in, and NO id was requested. This concerned me. the hotel is difficult with lots of luggage. The floor splits when exiting the lift, and i had to move heavy cases alone, which wasn't IDEAL.
